摘 要:提出减小汽车发动机启停振动的三种策略。考虑增加悬置系统的阻尼可以有效地减小发动机启停时的振动,设计并开发了一款半主动阻尼拉杆(hydraulic damping strut,HDS);建立包含半主动阻尼拉杆的整车13自由度动力学模型,提出发动机启停时基于动力总成和整车振动的动态响应评价指标和计算方法;基于动力总成悬置系统的设计方法,对半主动阻尼拉杆的安装位置和外通道的孔径进行优化计算;根据力的分担方法,通过对动态响应评价指标的计算,对半主动阻尼拉杆活塞孔径的尺寸和数量进行计算分析。通过试验对比分析在发动机启动及怠速时,不加半主动阻尼拉杆和加半主动阻尼拉杆时座椅导轨的纵向加速度值,验证了发动机启停时半主动阻尼拉杆设计方法的有效性。Three strategies were proposed for reducing the vibrations during the start and stop process of the engine.Considering that increasing the damping of the mounting system can effectively reduce the engine start and stop vibrations,a semi-active hydraulic damping strut(HDS)was developed.A 13DOFs dynamic model of the vehicle with semi-active HDS was established,and a dynamic response evaluation index and the calculation method for the vibration of the powertrain and vehicle were presented.The installation position of the semi-active HDS and the external channel size were optimized in the design of the powertrain mounting system.The sizes and quantity of the piston holes of the semi-active HDS were calculated and analyzed according to the calculation results of the dynamic response evaluation index based on the force sharing method.The accelerations of the seat rail with and without semi-active HDS were compared experimentally in engine start period and at engine idle speed,which demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed semi-active HDS design method.
