摘 要:【目的】研究亚麻花和叶片相关性状的遗传变异,为亚麻种质创新提供基础。【方法】采用全基因组关联分析技术挖掘亚麻花和叶片相关性状显著关联的SNP位点和候选基因。【结果】269份供试亚麻材料中花瓣颜色为蓝的最多(占56.50%);花冠形状为五角形最多(占42.75%);花药颜色为蓝最多(占86.61%);叶片颜色为深绿色最多(占58.73%);叶片形状为披针形最多(占56.87%)。通过全基因组关联分析,检测到与亚麻花色显著关联的SNP位点3个,候选基因8个,其中Lus10033621(果胶酯酶)和Lus10007409(β-半乳糖苷酶)基因参与调控亚麻花色形成;检测到与花冠形状显著关联的SNP位点3个,候选基因6个,其中Lus10000554(富含亮氨酸PPR基序的蛋白)基因与花冠发育形成密切相关;检测到与亚麻花药色显著关联的SNP位点1个,候选基因5个,其中Lus10010403(花青素还原酶)基因直接参与植物花青素的代谢途径;检测到与亚麻叶色显著关联的SNP位点1个,候选基因4个,其中Lus10005600(富含亮氨酸的PPR基序蛋白)基因参与调控叶色形成;检测到与叶形显著关联SNP位点3个,候选基因5个,其中Lus10033007(凯氏带膜蛋白)基因参与调控叶片内部结构形成。【结论】亚麻花和花药主要以蓝色为主,通过全基因组关联分析能检测到花和叶片关联的关键候选基因。【Objective】The present paper aimed to study genetic variation of flower and leaf traits of flax,and to provide basis for germplasm innovation of flax.【Method】Genome-wide association analysis was used to detect SNP sites and candidate genes that were significantly associated with related traits in flax flowers and leaves.【Result】Among the 269 flax materials tested,the most(56.50%)of petals were blue.The most corolla shape was pentagonal(42.75%).Most of the anthers were blue(86.61%).The most common leaf color was dark green(58.73%).Most of the leaves were lanceolate(56.87%).Genome-wide association analysis revealed 3 SNP and 8 candidate genes that were significantly associated with flax color.Lus10033621(pectinesterase)and Lus10007409(β-galactoside)genes were involved in the regulation of flax color formation.There were 3 SNP loci significantly associated with corolla shape and 6 candidate genes,among which Lus10000554(leucine-rich PPR motif)gene was closely related to corolla development.One SNP locus was found to be significantly associated with anther color of flax,and five candidate genes were identified.Lus10010403(anthocyanin reductase)gene was directly involved in anthocyanin metabolism.One SNP locus and four candidate genes were detected,among which Lus10005600(PPR motif protein rich in leucine)was involved in regulating leaf color formation.Three SNP loci significantly associated with leaf shape were detected,and five candidate genes were identified,among which Lus10033007 gene was involved in regulating the formation of leaf internal structure.【Conclusion】Flax flowers and anthers are mainly blue.Genome-wide association analysis can detect key candidate genes for association between flowers and leaves.
