摘 要:【目的】了解10种着色剂的热稳定性及热行为。【方法】采用热重分析技术研究10种着色剂样品在空气氛围下随温度变化而发生的热失重过程。【结果】不同样品的热失重过程有明显差异,诱惑红和苋菜红TG曲线分为2个失重阶段,主失重阶段分别发生在355.02~520.36和361.60~548.59℃;酸性红(偶氮玉红)和胭脂红TG曲线分为3个失重阶段,主失重阶段发生在438.36~586.40和711.97~790.33℃;喹啉黄、酸性红、赤藓红、靛蓝、亮蓝、柠檬黄、日落黄样品TG曲线分为4个失重阶段,主失重阶段分别发生在722.85~798.00、341.14~452.21、460.47~555.64、561.87~797.86、385.10~672.72和453.57~637.54℃;日落黄、酸性红和柠檬黄第三阶段失重量最大,为27.74%~43.74%,亮蓝、喹啉黄在第四阶段失重量最大,为30.98%~41.28%,其余着色剂在第二阶段失重量最大,为33.13%~58.07%;诱惑红、苋菜红、酸性红、胭脂红和喹啉黄、酸性红在热解结束时,剩余残渣量在17.52%~28.77%,赤藓红残渣剩余量为1.33%。【结论】10种合成着色剂热失重阶段不同,可以分为2个、3个和4个阶段。同时主失重阶段不一致,在DSC曲线上表现出来的热量变化也存在差异。10种合成着色剂在最后阶段可能均发生了燃烧。热重分析技术结果显示在空气氛围200℃以下10种水溶性合成有机着色剂均未发生分解,说明10种水溶性合成有机着色剂热稳定性好。从热对合成着色剂稳定性的影响来看,靛蓝最稳定,喹啉黄次之,热稳定性大小分别为靛蓝>喹啉黄>苋菜红>诱惑红>赤藓红>日落黄>胭脂红>酸性红>亮蓝>柠檬黄。偶氮色素类(苋菜红、诱惑红、日落黄、胭脂红、酸性红、柠檬黄)和非偶氮色素类(靛蓝、喹啉黄、赤藓红、亮蓝)热稳定性无明显差异。【Objective】The purpose of this study is to understand the thermal stability and thermal behavior of 10 colorants.【Method】The thermogravimetric process of 10 kinds of colorants with temperature change in the air atmosphere was studied using the thermogravimetric analysis technique.【Result】There were obvious differences in the thermogravimetric processes of different samples.The TG curves of allura red and amaranth were divided into two weightlessness stages,and the main weightlessness stages occurred at 355.02-520.36 and 361.60-548.59℃,respectively.The TG curves of azorubine and carmine were divided into three weightlessness stages,and the main weightlessness stages occurred at 438.36-586.40 and 711.97-790.33℃,respectively.The TG curves of quinoline yellow,carmosine,erythrosine,indigo,brilliant blue,lemon yellow,and sunset yellow could be divided into four weightlessloss stages,and the main weightlessloss stages occurred at 722.85-798.00,341.14-452.21,460.47-555.64,561.87-797.86,385.10-672.72 and 453.57-637.54℃,respectively.Sunset yellow,carmosine,and lemon yellow showed the greatest weight loss at the third stage,ranging from 27.74%to 43.74%.Brilliant yellow and quinoline yellow showed the greatest weight loss at the fourth stage,30.98%-41.28%.And the maximum weightlessloss of the remaining colorants occurred in the second stage,33.13%-58.07%.At the end of pyrolysis,the residual amount of allura red,amaranth,carmosine,carmine,and quinoline yellow was between 17.52%and 28.77%,and erythrin residue ramaing amount was 1.33%.【Conclusion】The 10 synthetic colorants showed different weightless loss stages,which could be divided into 2,3 and 4 stages.Also,the main weightless loss stages were inconsistent,and there were differences in the heat changes in the DSC curves.All 10 synthetic colorants might burn in the final stage.The results of the thermogravimetric analysis technique showed that 10 kinds of water-soluble synthetic organic colorants did not decompose under 200℃in air atmosphere,which ind
