摘　　要：分析了影响气升式发酵罐发酵液内循环的几个关键设计参数,介绍了优化气升式发酵罐设计的途径,提出了发酵罐套筒直径、发酵液循环速度及循环周期的计算方法,以期对气升式发酵罐的设计工作提供参考。In this paper,several key design parameters affecting the internal circulation of fermentation broth in airlift fermenter were analyzed,and the way to optimize the design of airlift fermenter was introduced.The calculation methods of fermenter sleeve diameter,fermenter broth cycle speed and cycle period were put forward,in order to provide reference for the design of airlift fermenter.
