摘 要:以某煤矿二采区轨道巷为例,进行了无极绳连续牵引车系统的设计分析,并对其系统内梭车不发生翻车、掉道的关键技术进行了研究。结果表明,无极绳连续牵引车能有效实现煤矿井下大件设备和材料的连续运输,显著提升了煤矿辅助运输系统的效率,但是对于坡度较大、拐弯点和变坡点多的复杂巷道,必须通过增设弯道护轨及转弯装置、加强梭车防脱轨设置等措施来强化无极绳连续牵引车系统性能,保证其在复杂巷道条件下安全、稳定、高效运行。Taking the trackway of the second mining area of a coal mine as an example,the design analysis of the induction rope continuous traction car system was carried out,and the key technology for the shuttle car in its system not to overturn and fall off the road was discussed.The results show that the induction rope continuous tractor can effectively realize the continuous transportation of large equipment and materials in the underground coal mine,which significantly improves the efficiency of the coal mine auxiliary transportation system,but for the complex roadway with large slope and many turning points and change of slope points,the induction rope continuous tractor system design must be strengthened by adding curve guard rails and turning devices,strengthening the shuttle car anti-dislodgement settings and other measures to ensure its To ensure its safe,stable and efficient operation under complex roadway conditions.
