摘  要:简述了试验设计(DOE)发展历程与稳健设计基本概念,详述了田口方法信噪比概念与参数设计。在无卤低烟护套料配方开发上,选择3项关键质量特性:断裂伸长率、热冲击性能与有焰烟密度,实施了田口试验表L_(18)(2^(1)×3^(7)),找出1个因素2个水平、7个因素3个水平,共8个因素,只进行18次试验,通过综合信噪比分析,找到最佳配方方案。利用稳健设计田口方法,可以大量缩减试验次数,减少试验成本,有效地找出关键因素和最佳方案,对新材料配方研发特别有用。The development history of experimental design(DOE) and the basic concept of robust design were briefly described, and the concept of signal-to-noise ratio and parameter design of the Taguchi method were discussed in detail. In the formulation development of halogen-free low smoke sheath materials, three key quality characteristics were selected: elongation at break, thermal shock and flame smoke density. The Taguchi test table L_(18)(2^(1)×3^(7)) was implemented, from which one factor and two levels, seven factors and three levels, a total of 8factors, were found out;and only 18 tests were carried out to discover the best schme through comprehensive signal-to-noise ratio analysis. The Taguchi method of robust design can greatly reduce both test times and test cost, and effectively find out the key factors and the best scheme, which is particularly useful for the research and development of new material formula.
