碳纤维复合材料在山地越野赛车车架中的设计优化

摘  要:山地越野赛车车架主要用于承载山地越野竞技过程中动-静复杂状态下的各种内外载荷,对刚度、强度的需求远高于一般车架。文章总结了竞技车辆用材料的性能优势。根据一般山地越野赛、拉力赛实际情况与竞赛规定,对山地越野赛车轻量化车架的选材进行分析和计算。使用碳纤维/环氧复合材料加工而成的管件对原车20^(#)碳素钢进行替代,轻量化设计使部件质量降低至20.162 kg。As the frame of a mountain cross-country racing car is mainly used to carry various internal and external loads in the dynamic and static complex states during the mountain cross-country competition,so the demand for its stiffness and strength is much higher than the general frame. This paper summarizes the performance advantages of synthetic materials for competitive vehicles, and determines, through analysis and calculation, the selection of lightweight frame of mountain cross-country racing cars according to the actual situation and competition regulations of mountain cross-country race rally. When the pipe fittings made of carbon fiber/epoxy composite materials are used to replace the original vehicle 20^(#) carbon steel, the lightweight design can reduce the weight of the parts to 20.162 kg.
