摘 要:目的:探讨综合医院如何才能更为有效、同质化地进行面向社会的标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)招募和培训工作。方法:线上线下同步发布SP招募公告,对报名信息进行描述性统计分析。培训SP采取集中理论授课和分组实践指导相结合的方式进行,SP导师采用相对统一的培训模式,准入考核标准一致。结果:共收到62位报名者的电子报名表,其中来自非医学背景的有效报名有45份。前来参加面试和培训的有22人,平均年龄31.8岁,以在岗人员为主(占77.3%),培训后有21人准入考核合格。SP人员、SP导师、医学生均对培训效果满意,已正式将SP顺利应用于本科医学生和住培医师的临床实践技能考核中。结论:我院摸索出了面向社会招募和培训非医学背景的SP的有效方法,为更好地发展和维系SP团队奠定了坚实的基础。Objective:To explore how general hospitals can more effectively and homogeneously conduct the recruitment and training of standardized patients(SP)facing the communities.Methods:SP recruitment announcement was published online and offline simultaneously.Conduct descriptive statistical analysis on registration information,The training SP adopts a combination of centralized theoretical teaching and group practice guidance.The SP instructors adopt a relatively unified training mode,and the instructor groups cross participate in the group access assessment and the assessment standards are consistent.Results:A total of 62 electronic application forms were received,of which 45 were valid applications from non-medical backgrounds.There were 22 people,with an average age of 31.8 years,who came to the interview and training.Most of them were on the job(77.3%).After the training,21 people were admitted and passed the assessment.SP personnel,SP instructors and medical students are all satisfied with the training effect.SP has been formally applied to the clinical practice skill assessment of undergraduate medical students and resident training physicians.Conclusion:Our hospital has found out an effective method to recruit and train SP with non-medical background to the communities,which lays a solid foundation for developing and maintaining SP team better.
