摘 要:目的:探讨SimBaby与标准化病人(SP)相结合的模拟病例在儿童先天性心脏病合并心衰教学中的有效性及意义。方法:选取40名儿科见习生为研究对象,随机分为两组,20名为对照组,采用传统实训授课模式,另20名为实验组,采用SimBaby+SP模拟教学,教学内容为儿童先天性心脏病合并心衰。授课结束后比较两组学生的临床能力及对教学模式的满意度。结果:实验组理论知识和操作技能考核评分及教学模式满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SimBaby+SP模拟教学有利于提高教学质量及学生的临床能力。Objective:To explore the effectiveness and significance of SimBaby combined with standardized patients(SP)in the teaching of congenital heart disease with heart failure in children.Methods:Forty intern students were randomly divided into two groups,20 students in the control group and adopted the traditional teaching mode,the others assign into the experimental group and adopted teaching mode of SimBaby+SP.The teaching content was congenital heart disease with heart failure in children.After the course,Compare their clinical skills and satisfaction with teaching mode.Results:he experimental group’s theoretical knowledge and operation skill assessment scores and teaching mode satisfaction scores were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:SimBaby+SP teaching mode is more conducive to improving teaching quality,but also improving students’clinical ability.
