鬼针草挥发油的提取、应用及抑菌活性测试研究

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取三叶鬼针草中的挥发油,并复配出含有鬼针草挥发油的洗手液,最后对洗手液的抗菌活性进行了测试。结果显示,添加鬼针草挥发油的洗手液具有非常好的杀灭大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的效果。为探索和寻找入侵植物新的应用价值和用途,从而将入侵植物变废为宝方面提供参考。The volatile oil in Bidens was extracted by steam distillation,and a hand sanitizer containing bidens volatile oil was compounded.Finally,the antibacterial activity of the hand sanitizer was tested.The results showed that the hand sanitizer added with Bidens volatile oil has a very good effect on killing Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.This provides a reference for exploring and finding new application values and uses of invasive plants,so as to turn invasive plants into treasures.
