摘 要:目的:研究钝药野木瓜果皮、果肉及种子的化学成分类型。方法:采用化学反应鉴别法对钝药野木瓜果皮、果肉及种子的化学成分类型进行鉴别研究和初步分析。结果:钝药野木瓜果皮的化学反应鉴别法中糖、多糖和苷类、皂苷类、挥发油及油脂、酚类、黄酮类、甾体和三萜类化合物均显示阳性反应;香豆素类和强心苷类化合物阴阳反应均有,氨基酸、多肽和蛋白质、鞣质类、生物碱及蒽醌类化合物均显示阴性反应;果肉的化学反应鉴别法中糖、多糖和苷类、皂苷类、生物碱、酚类、黄酮类、香豆素类、强心苷类和甾体和三萜类化合物均显示阳性反应;氨基酸、多肽和蛋白质、鞣质类化合物阴阳反应均有,挥发油及油脂、蒽醌类化合物均显示阴性反应;种子化学反应鉴别法中氨基酸、多肽和蛋白质、糖、多糖和苷类、皂苷类、挥发油及油脂、酚类、黄酮类、香豆素类、甾体和三萜类化合物均显示阳性反应,鞣质类化合物阴阳反应均有,生物碱、蒽醌类、强心苷类化合物均显示阴性反应。结论:钝药野木瓜果皮、果肉及种子含多种化学成分,研究结果将为后续的化学成分研究奠定实验基础和提供参考依据。Objective:To study the chemical components of the types in the peel,flesh and seeds of Stauntonia leucantha.Methods:Using chemical reaction identification methods to identify the types of the chemical composition for preliminary analysis.Results:The chemical identification methods for the Stauntonia leucantha peels of sugar,saccharide and glycosides,saponins,volatile oil and grease,phenols,flavonoids,steroid and triterpene showed positive reaction,coumarins and cardiac glycosides showed positive and negative in the reaction,amino acid,peptide and protein,tannins,alkaloids,anthraquinones showed negative reaction.The chemical identification methods for the Stauntonia leucantha flesh of sugar,saccharide and glycosides,saponins,alkaloids,phenols,flavonoids,coumarins,cardiac glycosides,steroid and triterpene showed positive reaction.Amino acid,peptide and protein,tannins showed positive and negative in the reaction,volatile oil and grease,anthraquinones showed negative reaction.The chemical identification methods for the Stauntonia leucantha seeds of amino acid,peptide and protein,sugar,saccharide and glycosides,saponin,volatile oil and grease,phenols,flavonoids,coumarins,steroid and triterpene showed positive reaction,and tannins showed positive and negative in the reaction.Alkaloids,anthraquinones,cardiac glycosides showed negative reaction.Conclusion:The Stauntonia leucantha peel,flesh and seeds contain many kinds of chemical components,the results will provide some experimental basis and certain reference basis for the following study of chemical composition of Stauntonia leucantha.
