摘　　要：目的研究短暂性全面遗忘症(TGA)的扩散加权成像(DWI)特征.方法回顾性分析19例经临床确诊的TGA患者的DWI表现,观察病变的大小、形态、信号、部位、数目等特征.结果病变表现为直径1~3mm的点状DWI高信号,表观扩散系数(ADC)图呈低信号.7例(36.84%)位于左侧海马,10例(52.63%)位于右侧海马,2例(10.53%)位于双侧海马,共累及21个海马.21个海马中20个(95.24%)为单发病变,1个(4.76%)为多发病变(共2处病变),共22个病变.22个病变中,6处(27.27%)位于海马头部,16处(72.73%)位于海马体部.结论位于海马的直径1~3mm的点状DWI高信号是TGA的影像学特征,结合病史有助于TGA的诊断.Ohjective To investigate the diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)features of transient global amnesia(TGA).Methods The DWI data of 19 patients with TGA confirmed by clinical were analyzed retrospectively.The size,shape,signal,location,and number of lesions were assessed.Results The lesions showed punctate hyperintensity on the DWI and hypointensity on the apparent diffusion cofficient(ADC)images,with the diametersof 1-3 mm.The lesions were located at the left hippocampus in 7 patients(36.84%),the right hippocampus in 10 patients(52.63%),and the bilateral hippocampus in 2 patients(10.53%),involving 21 hippocampus in total.Of the 21 hippocampus,20(95.24%)hippocampus had single lesion,and 1(4.76%)hippocampus had multiple lesions(2 lesions).Of the 22 lesions,6 lesions(27.27%)were loeated at the head of the hippocampus,and 16 lesions(72.73%)were loeated at the body of the hippocampus.Conclusion Punctate(1-3 mm)hyperintensity located at hippocampus on DWI is the characteristic imaging feature of TGA.Combining the medical history and DWI feature is helpful for the correct diagnosis of TGA.
