Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎患儿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究维他派克斯(Vitapex)糊剂根管充填对乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎(CAP)患儿疼痛程度、窦道口愈合时间、炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取78例乳牙窦道型CAP患儿,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。两组均给予常规干预治疗,对照组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂充填治疗,观察组采用Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗。分析两组临床疗效、静息时、咬合时视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、治疗相关指标(治疗充填时间、牙齿功能恢复正常时间、窦道口愈合时间)、炎性因子水平[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素细胞-1β(IL-1β)]。结果:观察组总有效率92.31%高于对照组74.36%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组静息时、咬合时VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗充填时间、牙齿功能恢复正常时间、窦道口愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗乳牙窦道型CAP患儿临床效果显著,可有效改善患儿慢性根尖周炎性症状,减轻其疼痛程度,促进窦道口愈合及牙齿功能恢复。Objective:To study the effects of Vitapex paste root canal filling on the pain degree,sinus orifice healing time and the level of inflammatory factors in children with sinus chronic apical periodontitis(CAP)of primary teeth.Methods:A total of 78 children with sinus CAP were randomized into the control group and observation group according to different treatment regimens,each with 39 cases.Both groups received conventional intervention.And on this basis,the control group were treated with zinc oxide clove oil paste fillings,while the observation group were treated with Vitapex paste root canal fillings.Then,the clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain during rest and occlusion,treatment-related indicators(filling time for treatment,time for tooth function return to normal,and sinus orifice healing time),and inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),and interleukin cell-1β(IL-1β)]were compared between both groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than 74.36%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group during rest and occlusion state were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);filling time for treatment,time for tooth function return to normal,and sinus orifice healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,and IL-1βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitapex paste root canal filling has higher clinical efficacy in treating children with sinus CAP of primary teeth,which can effectively improve the inflammatory symptoms of CAP in children,reduce their pain,and promote sinus orifice healing and tooth function recovery.
