摘　　要：帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一种神经退行性疾病,由于纹状体多巴胺的逐渐缺失,从而导致震颤、运动迟缓、僵硬和姿势不稳,尽管呼吸系统功能障碍对PD患者的发病率和死亡率有着无可争议的影响,但无论是临床医生还是科学家,呼吸系统功能障碍仍然不是主要关注的焦点。帕金森病的康复治疗研究已不断丰富,现对近年来呼吸训练在PD中的应用及研究进展进行综述。Parkinson’s disease(PD) is a neurodegenerative disease,which leads to tremor,motor delay,stiffness and postural instability due to the gradual loss of dopamine in striatum.Although respiratory dysfunction has made an undisputed contribution to the morbidity and mortality of PD patients,it is still not the main focus for clinicians and scientists.The research on rehabilitation treatment of Parkinson’s disease has been enriched continuously.This paper reviews the application and re search progress of re spiratory training in PD in recent years.
