摘　　要：阿胶始于秦汉,历史悠久,为传统的滋补、补血上品,是以驴皮为主要原料,应用广泛,具有补血滋阴、润燥、止血之功效。通过文献检索发现,阿胶在真伪鉴别、化学成分分析、含量测定等方面的质量控制方法主要运用了液相色谱法、液质联用法、DNA分子鉴定方法、核磁共振等多种技术手段,但含阿胶的复方制剂在质量控制方面的研究相对薄弱。因此,通过梳理近十年来阿胶原料及其制剂的质量控制研究,探讨和评价质量控制方法的优劣,为建立阿胶及其制剂更加完善的质量控制体系提供参考价值。Donkey-hide gelatin originated in the Qin and Han Dynasties with a long history.As a traditional tonic and blood tonic, donkey-hide gelatin is mainly made of donkey skin.It is widely used and has the effects of nourishing blood, nourishing Yin, moistening dryness and stopping bleeding.Through literature search, it was found that the quality control methods of donkey-hide gelatin in the identification, chemical composition analysis, content determination and other aspects mainly used liquid chromatography, liquid mass link, DNA molecular identification method, nuclear magnetic resonance and other technical means, but the research on the quality control of compound preparations containing donkey-hide gelatin is relatively weak.Therefore, by reviewing the research on the quality control of donkey-hide gelatin raw materials and its preparations in the past ten years, the advantages and disadvantages of the quality control methods are discussed and evaluated to provide reference value for the establishment of a more perfect quality control system of donkey-hide gelatin and its preparations.
