藿香正气丸联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性胃肠炎的临床疗效及对降低炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探究急性胃肠炎患者应用藿香正气丸联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗的效果。方法选取93例急性胃肠炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(47例)。对照组仅以磷酸铝凝胶治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合藿香正气丸治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后炎症因子指标[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率95.74%高于对照组的80.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者IL-2(366.54±18.98)pg/ml高于对照组的(234.52±17.64)pg/ml,IL-6(6.22±1.14)pg/ml、TNF-α(6.65±1.22)pg/ml均低于对照组的(9.68±1.52)、(14.55±1.46)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性胃肠炎患者应用藿香正气丸联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗效果显著,可有效降低机体炎症反应,促进康复,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills combined with aluminium phosphate gel in treating acute gastroenteritis.Methods A total of 93 patients with acute gastroenteritis were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(47 cases)by random numerical table.The control group was only treated with aluminum phosphate gel,while the observation group was treated with Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate 95.74%in the observation group was higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the IL-2(366.54±18.98)pg/ml in observation group was higher than(234.52±17.64)pg/ml in control group,and the IL-6(6.22±1.14)pg/ml and TNF-α(6.65±1.22)pg/ml were lower than(9.68±1.52)and(14.55±1.46)pg/ml in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills and aluminium phosphate gel is effective in treating acute gastroenteritis,and it can effectively reduce inflammation and promote recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
