摘 要:目的分析低血糖指数膳食在妊娠期糖尿病营养治疗中的应用价值。方法110例妊娠期糖尿病患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组55例。对照组开展常规营养治疗,实验组开展低血糖指数膳食营养治疗。比较两组血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、胰岛素抵抗指数]及妊娠并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组FBG、2 h PG、胰岛素抵抗指数对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组FBG、2 h PG、胰岛素抵抗指数分别为(5.32±0.21)mmol/L、(9.65±1.22)mmol/L、(3.42±0.57),均低于对照组的(5.67±0.32)mmol/L、(10.42±2.11)mmol/L、(4.21±0.76),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组妊娠并发症发生率为7.27%,低于对照组的25.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者在营养治疗过程中加入低血糖指数膳食可以维持机体营养,且对血糖的控制理想,能调节机体的胰岛素抵抗状态,降低妊娠并发症的发生,保证分娩安全,值得临床借鉴与推广。Objective To analyze the application value of low-glycemic index diet in nutritional treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 110 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and experimental group by random numerical table,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nutrition therapy,while the experimental group received low-glycemic index diet nutrition therapy.The blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),insulin resistance index],and the occurrence of pregnancy complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FBG,2 h PG and insulin resistance index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FBG,2 h PG and insulin resistance index of the experimental group were(5.32±0.21)mmol/L,(9.65±1.22)mmol/L,and(3.42±0.57),which were lower than(5.67±0.32)mmol/L,(10.42±2.11)mmol/L,and(4.21±0.76)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy complication rate in the experimental group was 7.27%,which was lower than 25.45%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of low-glycemic index diet in the nutritional treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can maintain the body nutrition,control the blood glucose ideally,regulate the body’s insulin resistance,reduce the occurrence of pregnancy complications and ensure the safety of delivery,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
