摘　　要：干细胞是一种具有自我更新和分化能力的生物细胞。最近的研究表明,间充质干细胞可以增强内皮细胞的增殖和迁移能力,而干细胞发挥血管生成作用的关键是其分泌的外泌体。本文综述了干细胞外泌体在血管新生中的作用机理及在干细胞治疗血管性疾病中的意义。Stem cells are biological cells with self-renewal and differentiation capabilities.Recent studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells can enhance the proliferation and migration of endothelial cells.Exosomes secreted by mesenchymal stem cells play a key role in angiogenesis.Here we reviewed the mechanism of stem cell exosomes in angiogenesis and their significance in treating vascular diseases.
