滋肾益髓针法联合康复训练治疗脑卒中早期迟缓性偏瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究滋肾益髓针法联合康复训练对脑卒中早期迟缓性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法选取辽宁省金秋医院2018年3月—2020年10月收治的62例脑卒中早期迟缓性偏瘫患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各31例。对照组予以常规康复训练,试验组联用滋肾益髓针法,2组均治疗8周。治疗结束后对比2组患者临床疗效、肌力及肌张力、运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量。结果治疗后与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,Fugl-Meryer评分、Barthel指数、上下肢肌力较高,肘关节、膝关节肌张力较低(P<0.05)。结论应用滋肾益髓针法联合康复训练干预脑卒中早期迟缓性偏瘫,能够提高患者运动功能及日常生活能力,促进肌张力和肌力的恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nourishing kidney and benefiting marrow acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on early delayed hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 62 patients with early delayed hemiplegia after stroke from March 2018 to October 2020 in Jinqiu Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 31 patients in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received more nourishing kidney and benefiting marrow acupuncture.2 groups were treated for 8 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,motor function,activities of daily living and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the total clinical response rate,Fugl-Meryer score,Barthel index,upper and lower limb muscle strength of the experimental group was higher,elbow joint and knee joint muscle tension of the experimental group was lower,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nourishing kidney and benefiting marrow acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve the motor function and activities of daily living of patients with early delayed hemiplegia after stroke.
