南少林托颌推肩法治疗老年神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察南少林托颌推肩法治疗老年患者神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法共收集58例诊断为神经根型颈椎病的老年患者,随机分成2组,试验组29例,运用南少林托颌推肩法治疗,每日1次,连续治疗14 d;对照组29例,运用传统颈项旋扳法治疗,每日1次,连续治疗14 d。观察2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、VAS评分、颈椎活动度。结果连续治疗14 d后,试验组临床总有效率86.21%(25/29),对照组临床总有效率65.52%(19/29),试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者VAS评分、颈椎活动度均优于治疗前,且试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论南少林托颌推肩法治疗老年神经根型颈椎病有较好的临床疗效,能改善患者颈椎活动度,且治疗舒适配合度高,手法简单较易掌握,安全性高,值得临床上进一步推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of southern Shaolin supporting jaw and pushing shoulder method in the treatment of elderly patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 58 elderly patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into the experimental group(29 cases)was treated with southern Shaolin supporting jaw and pushing shoulder method,once a day for 14 days and the control group(29 cases)was treated with traditional neck rotation and pulling method,once a day for 14 consecutive days.The clinical effect,VAS score and cervical range of motion of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After 14 days of continuous treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 86.21%(25/29),and that of the control group was 65.52%(19/29),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and cervical motion in two groups were better than before,and experimental groups were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Southern Shaolin supporting jaw and pushing shoulder method has good clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can improve the cervical mobility of patients,and the treatment is comfortable,easy to master and safe,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
