加味葛根芩连汤联合常规方法治疗重度湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重度湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者采用加味葛根芩连汤联合常规治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2019年8月—2020年8月沈阳市第六人民医院收治的64例重度湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者,并将其均分为试验组与常规组,各32例,其中对常规组患者采用常规治疗,而试验组患者则在前者基础上联合加味葛根芩连汤治疗,评价并比较治疗效果。结果试验组患者中医证候疗效显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者症状评分、肠镜Baron评分及膜屏障功能指标水平均显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度湿热型溃疡性结肠炎采取加味葛根芩连汤联合常规治疗,疗效优于单纯西药治疗,是一种安全可靠的用药方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of conventional treatment combined with modified Gegen Qinlian decoction in patients with severe dampness-heat ulcerative colitis.Methods 64 patients with severe dampness-heat ulcerative colitis in Shenyang Sixth People’s Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group(n=32)and conventional group(n=32).The patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional treatment,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with modified Gegen Qinlian decoction on the basis of the former.The therapeutic effects were evaluated and compared.Results The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score,colonoscopy Baron score and membrane barrier function index level in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of modified Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of severe dampness-heat ulcerative colitis is better than that of simple western medicine treatment.It is a safe and reliable medication scheme.
