摘　　要：现代护理人才市场需要德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的高素质技能型人才。在护理专业课程思政建设中应加强师资建设、优化教学内容、采用多元化教学手段,注重专业课程的价值引领。在护理专业课程中引入课程思政,在关注学生专业能力的同时,重视他们人文政治素养的提升,能够培养出符合市场需求的护理人才。The modern nurse market needs high-quality skilled talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.In the ideological and political construction of nursing curriculum,we should strength teachers’construction,optimize the teaching content,adopt diversified teaching methods,and pay attention to the value guidance of professional courses.The introduction of curriculum ideological and political education in nursing professional courses,while paying attention to students’professional ability,attaches importance to the improvement of their humanistic and political literacy,can cultivate nursing talents in line with market demand.
