摘　　要：2020年《ICES海洋科学杂志》设置了废弃海上人造设施专题,多位专家从不同角度论述了废弃海上人造设施的最新研究进展。经过梳理和借鉴国外学者研究,发现在废弃海上人造设施的管理方式、生态评估、监督统计等方面有许多我们可以学习的新思路,基于我国管理现状与时下形势,本文针对性地提出了相应优化建议。Recently, ICES Journal of Marine Science had set up a special dissertation about decommissioned marine man-made facilities.Many experts have discussed the latest research progress of decommissioned marine man-made facilities from different perspectives. Carding and referencing some researches of foreign scholars, this thesis finds that there are many new ideas than we can learn from in the management mode, ecological assessment, supervision statistics and other aspects of decommissioned marine man-made facilities. And we puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions based on the current management status and situation in China.
