摘　　要：传统全球正义伦理在资本主义崛起和西方发达国家全球扩张中历史生成,打上了西方话语霸权的烙印,具有无法回避的基因缺陷和时代局限。伴随着世界进入大分化、大调整时期,国际秩序变革为全球正义伦理转型提供了重要契机和现实驱动,塑造一种更具有凝聚力、公信力和执行力的全球伦理共识势在必行。全人类共同价值契合全球正义伦理原则,基于人类共同利益立场,不仅形成了对价值独断和价值霸权的理论批判和伦理升华,而且体现了应对人类面临共同挑战的中国智慧和中国方案,代表了人类社会发展的道义方向和价值追求。The traditional ethics of global justice was historically generated during the rise of capitalism and the global expansion of Western developed countries,and is marked by the hegemony of Western discourse,with inescapable genetic defects and limitations of the times.As the world en-ters a period of great differentiation and adjustment,the change of the international order provides an important opportunity and a realistic driving force for the transformation of the global ethics of justice,and it is imperative to shape a global ethical consensus with more cohesion,credibility and implementation.The common values of all humankind are in line with the ethical principles of glob-al justice and based on the common interests of humankind,which not only form a theoretical cri-tique and ethical sublimation of value arbitrariness and value hegemony,but also embody Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the common challenges faced by humankind,representing the mor-al direction and value pursuit of human social development.
