摘　　要：随着医疗水平的提高,癌症患者的生存率和寿命都在提高,癌症的治疗不仅需要与疾病作斗争,延长患者的寿命,还需要改善患者的心理健康和生活质量。聚焦解决模式不同于以前的传统模式,它注重对癌症患者的心理健康、社会支持和生活质量,且效果明显,成为目前研究的热点。本文就聚焦解决模式的理论背景、基本内容、应用效果等进行综述,并分析在癌症患者护理中存在的局限性,以期为癌症患者护理工作提供借鉴。With the improvement of medical level,the survival rate and life expectancy of cancer patients are improving.Cancer treatment not only needs to fight against the disease and prolong the life of patients,but also needs to improve the mental health and quality of life of patients.The solution focused approach(SFA)is different from the previous traditional approach.It pays attention to the mental health,social support and quality of life of cancer patients,and has obvious effects.It has become a hotspot of current research.Through literature review,this study summarizes the theoretical background,basic content and application effect of the SFA,and analyzes the limitations in the nursing of cancer patients,in order to provide reference for the nursing work of cancer patients.
