摘　　要：结直肠侧向发育型肿瘤(laterally spreading tumor,LST)是一种特殊形态学的大肠表浅性肿瘤,LST的病变形态及发生、发展规律不同于一般的腺瘤。国内外研究均表明,LST恶变风险较高,因此应及早诊断并行内镜下治疗。本文对目前LST发病机制、病理组织学特征以及治疗方法进行了阐述,意在探索出更加有科学意义和临床价值的治疗方法,为抗癌药物的发展开拓新思路。Lateral spreading tumor(LST)of the large intestine is a kind of superficial tumor of the large intestine with special morphology.The pathological morphology,occurrence and development of LST are different from that of the general adenoma.Studies at home and abroad have shown that the risk of malignant transformation of LST is high.Thus,early diagnosis and endoscopic treatment should be carried out.Although there are a lot of reports about the molecular biology of LST,the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.In this paper,the pathogenesis,histopathological characteristics and treatment methods of LST are discussed,aiming to explore more scientific and clinical treatment methods,and to open up new ideas for the development of anticancer drugs.
