摘　　要：论文分析了数字经济环境下图书馆信息服务的新特征,并以新特征为动因研究图书馆组织与服务变革模式。研究表明:数字经济环境下,个性化信息需求日益增强、信息服务目标侧重于提高用户价值、信息服务替代化特征突出、信息服务更多依赖于智力资本提升。图书馆组织和服务变革模式包括:组织结构的网络化与扁平化、营销模式的精准化与精细化、信息服务模式的模块化与柔性化、信息服务内容的版本化与迭代化、信息服务过程的开放化与开源化、人力资本的多元化与弹性化。This paper analyzes the new characteristics of library information services under the digital economy environment,and uses the new characteristics as the motivation to study the reform mode of library organization and service.The research shows that in the digital economy environment,the demand for personalized information is increasing,the goal of information service focuses on improving user value,the characteristics of information service substitution are prominent,and information services rely more on the improvement of intellectual capital.The library organization and service reform model includes:network and flattening of organizational structure,precision and refinement of marketing model,modularization and flexibility of information service model,versing and iteration of information service content,openness and open source of information service process as well as diversification and flexibility of human capital.
