摘　　要：目的:探讨氨磺必利对苯二氮卓类(BZD)药物依赖精神分裂症患者阴性症状及认知功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年6月吉安市第三人民医院收治的BZD药物依赖精神分裂症患者62例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31)。对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组采用氨磺必利治疗。比较两组阴性症状(SANS)评分、认知功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为(93.55%)高于对照组(74.19%)(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周,两组患者SANS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组RBANS量表各项评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为(12.90%)低于对照组(35.48%)(P<0.05)。结论:BZD药物依赖的精神分裂症患者采用氨磺必利治疗疗效确切,能有效缓解患者阴性症状,改善认知功能,且不良反应发生少,安全性更高,值得进一步推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of amsulpiride on negative symptoms of benzodiazepines(BZD)drug-dependent schizophrenia patients.Methods:A total of 62 patients with BZD drug-dependent schizophrenia admitted to Third People's Hospital of Ji'an City from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31).The control group was treated with risperidone,and the observation group was treated with amsulpiride.Negative symptom(SANS)score,cognitive function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group(93.55%)was higher than that of control group(74.19%)(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,SANS score in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the SANS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,all RBANS scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(12.90%)was lower than that in control group(35.48%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amisulpride treatment is effective in BZD drug-dependent schizophrenia patients,which can effectively relieve negative symptoms and improve cognitive function,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,which is worthy of further promotion.
