摘 要:目的 系统评价体力活动与成功老龄化的关系,为促进我国健康老龄化提供理论依据。方法 计算机检索EMBASE、PubMed、Web of Science、知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、维普数据库,收集关于体力活动与成功老龄化相关性的纵向研究,运用纽卡斯尔-渥太华质量评估表对纳入研究的质量进行评估,采用Stata 16.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入16篇文献,含31项研究,总样本量为193504例。Meta分析结果显示:体力活动与成功老龄化间呈正相关[OR=1.69,95%CI(1.49~1.91),P<0.01]。亚组分析可知,相较中等水平体力活动,进行高水平体力活动人群成功老龄化的可能性更大。单因素回归分析发现,时间因素是异质性的主要来源,体力活动对成功老龄化的保护作用随着时间的推移而减弱。结论 体力活动对成功老龄化具有积极作用。然而,这种作用会随着时间的推移而减弱,未来需要更多高质量的干预研究予以验证。Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between physical activities and successful aging,and to provide theoretical basis for promoting successful aging in China.Methods EMBASE,PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched by computer to collect longitudinal studies on the correlation between physical activities and successful aging.The quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Newcastle-Ottawa-Scale.Stata16.0 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 16 pieces of literature and 31 studies were included,with a total sample size of 193504 persons.The results of meta-analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation between physical activity and successful aging[OR=1.69,95%CI(1.49-1.91),P<0.01].Subgroup analysis showed that people with high levels of physical activities were more likely to succeed in aging than those with moderate levels of physical activities.Univariate regression analysis showed that time was the main source of heterogeneity,and the protective effect of physical activities on successful aging decreased over time.Conclusions Physical activities play a positive role in successful aging.However,this effect diminishes over time.More high-quality intervention studies are needed in the future.
