近十年国际健康教育研究的进程、热点及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 了解近十年国际健康教育研究的现状、热点及前沿,为后期研究提供参考。方法 以Web of Science为数据源,检索Health Education&Behavior、Health Education Journal、Health Education Research等3本SSCI期刊2011-2020年发表的学术论文,借助Citespace软件进行文献可视化分析。结果 共纳入论文2365篇,美国发表的论文数量绝对领先,加州大学是发表论文最多的机构,Kegler M C是发表论文最多的作者,有6篇高被引文献,22个关键词出现频次达到100次,知识基础形成了17个聚类。结论 近十年美国在该领域论文产出众多;研究内容覆盖广泛,不同方式、对象、指标等都受到了关注;体育活动、控烟干预、健康饮食、社区参与、儿童肥胖、循证评价等是热点主题;且更加注重干预方式的多元化。Objective To understand the status quo,hot spots and frontier of international health education research in the recent ten years,and to provide reference for later research.Methods Using Web of Science as the data source,the academic papers published in three SSCI health education professional journals,namely Health Education&Behavior,Health Education Journal,and Health Education Research,from 2011 to 2020 were searched,Data were visually analyzed with Citespace.Results A total of 2365 articles were included,and the United States ranks first in terms of the number of articles published.The University of California ranked first in terms of the institutes which published the largest number of articles.Kegler Michelle C.ranked first in terms of the authors with 6 high-cited articles,22 keywords of 100 times frequency and 17 clusters knowledge base.Conclusions In the recent ten years,the United States has produced a large number of papers in the field as a leading role.The wide-range research covers different methods,objects and indicators.Sports activities,tobacco control intervention,healthy diet,community participation,childhood obesity and evidence-based evaluation are the hotspots.In recent years,more attentions have been paid to the diversification of intervention methods.
