摘 要:为了探究N型灰铸铁HT250车削加工性能,基于正交试验,采用Al_(2)O_(3)-TiCN涂层硬质合金刀具对普通/N型HT250进行车削试验,通过SEM和EDS观察刀具磨损形貌、分析前后刀面磨损量,研究刀具磨损机理,为N型HT250的高效加工提供理论依据。研究结果表明,切削N型HT250的前、后刀面磨损量均高于普通HT250;低速车削时(100≤V_(c)≤250 m/min),刀具以磨粒磨损和粘结磨损为主,磨损程度随着切削速度的增加逐渐减小;高速车削时(250≤V_(c)≤400 m/min),刀具以扩散磨损和氧化磨损为主,磨损程度随着切削速度的增加呈现缓慢增大趋势。In order to explore the machining performance of N-type grey cast iron HT250,based on orthogonal test,the carbide cemented tool with Al_(2)O_(3)-TiCN coating was used for the turning test of ordinary/N-type HT250 to observe the wear morphology of the tool by SEM and EDS,analyze the wear amount of the rake and rear face,and study the wear mechanism of the tool,which will provide theoretical basis for the efficient processing of N-type HT250.The results show that the tool wear of N-type HT250 is higher than that of ordinary HT250.When turning at low speed(100≤V_(c)≤250 m/min),the tool wear is mainly abrasive wear and adhesion wear,and the wear degree decreases with the increase of cutting speed.In high speed turning(250≤V_(c)≤400 m/min),the tool wear is mainly diffusion wear and oxidative wear,and the wear degree increases slowly with the increase of cutting speed.
