摘  要:蛇床子素是从植物蛇床子中提取得到的活性物质,属于香豆素类,其核心结构由苯环与吡喃酮环组成。蛇床子素具有广泛的生物活性且不存在明显的毒副作用,目前已报道其具有保护神经系统、保护心脏和循环系统、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗骨质疏松、驱虫杀菌等功效,在医学和农业领域具有一定的研究价值。然而,蛇床子素及其衍生物的合成收率非常低,主要通过从天然产物中提取获得,但提取效率有限且不利于资源可持续发展。本文综述了近年来蛇床子素及其衍生物的结构、合成方法与生物活性,旨为其在医药和农药领域的研究提供参考。Osthole is an active substance extracted from the plant Cnidium,belonging to the class of coumarins,and its core structure is composed of a benzene ring and a pyrone ring.Osthole has wide ranges of biological activities and almost has no obvious side effects.It has been reported to have neuroprotective effects,protective effects on the heart and circulatory system,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-osteoporosis,deworming and sterilization,etc.However,the current synthesis efficiency of osthole and its derivatives is still limited.Large-scale production is mainly obtained by extraction from natural products,but the extraction efficiency is too limited to conducive to the sustainable development of resources.This paper reviews the structure,synthesis and biological activity of osthole and its derivatives in recent years,aiming to provide a useful reference for future research on osthole in the fields of medicine and pesticides.
