摘　　要：批判性朋友或批判之友是一个既以挑战的又以支持的方式提出批评并为某人提供其他视角的人。批判性朋友的基本属性是信任(友谊)、挑战性提问(批判)、反思(反省)和支持(共同目标)。批判性朋友是批判思维的人格化,是批判性思维的践行。今天,人们已经开发出一些批判性朋友(批判性友谊)模型、协议、流程或行动框架,对批判性朋友提出了能力和品质方面的要求。批判性朋友作为一种有力的思考和实践工具或方法,广泛应用于教育(特别是教育改革)、学术研究、医疗、商业和管理、发展评价等领域。当然,和批判性思维一样,在不同文化语境下,批判性朋友也会有不同的面貌。A critical friend is someone who is critical in both a challenging and supportive way and offers an alternative perspective to someone.The basic attributes of a critical friend are trust(friendship),challenging questioning(critique),reflection(introspection)and support(shared goals).A critical friend is a personification of critical thinking.It′s the practice of critical thinking.Today,a number of critical friends(critical friendship)models,protocols,processes or frameworks for action have been developed that set out competencies and qualities required of critical friends.As a powerful tool or method of thinking and practice,critical friends are widely used in education(especially educational reform),academic research,medicine,business and management,development evaluation and other fields.Of course,just like critical thinking,critical friends have different faces in different cultural contexts.
