摘 要:中外合作办学是教育市场开放下产生的人才培养模式,教学质量的优劣对国际化人才培养影响重大.笔者以中外合作办学教学质量为研究对象,筛选出15个内部和外部质量影响因素,构建解释结构模型以厘清错综复杂的层级关系,探究中外合作办学教学质量的形成机理.研究表明:毕业管理、就业管理、招生计划与宣传是最直接的影响因素;合作方实力、中外合作统一的质量观、政策制度是最根源的影响因素;进而划分出根本、关键以及推力三条影响路径,提出加强质量输出管理、强化中外教师管理、完善质量监控体系等改善教学质量的建议.Sino-foreign cooperative education is a talent training mode in the open education market.The quality of teaching has a great impact on the quality of international talent training.Taking the teaching quality of Sino foreign cooperative education as the research object,this paper selects 15 internal and external influencing factors,constructs an interpretive structure model to clarify the complicated hierarchical relationship,and explores the formation mechanism of teaching quality of Sino foreign cooperative education.Research shows that graduation management,employment management,enrollment plan and publicity are the most direct influencing factors,while the strength of partners,the unified quality concept of Sino-foreign cooperation,as well as policies and systems are the most influential factors.Then three influencing paths are divided,namely,fundamental,key,and thrust.Finally,suggestions are put forward to improve the teaching quality,such as strengthening the quality output management,strengthening the management of Chinese and foreign teachers,and improving the quality monitoring system.
