应用型金融人才“三融合、三强化”培养模式探索

摘　　要：应用型金融人才是现代金融人才队伍的重要组成部分,事关金融产业的服务质量和发展水平。文章基于地方高校应用型金融人才培养中存在的人才培养与市场需求脱节、职业化水平低、综合素质不高、发展后劲不足等问题,提出了应用型金融人才的“三融合、三强化”培养模式,并从政产教融合、课赛证融合、知识能力素养融合等方面,以乐山师范学院经济与金融专业为例,阐述了该模式的实施举措。Applied financial talents are an important part of modern financial talents, which is related to the service quality and development level of the financial industry. Based on the problems existing in the training of applied financial talents in local colleges and universities, such as the disconnection between talent training and market demand, low professional level, low comprehensive quality and insufficient development potential, this paper puts forward the “ three integration and three strengthening ” training mode of applied financial talents. Taking the Economics and Finance major of Leshan Normal University as an example, this paper expounds the implementation measures of this model from the aspects of the integration of politics, industry and education, course competition and certificate, knowledge and ability.
