摘  要:本试验旨在研究阿魏酸溶液浸泡肉鸡种蛋对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)血管生成及1日龄肉鸡抗氧化性能的影响,为阿魏酸在禽类养殖中的应用提供一定的理论和试验依据。选取重量[(60±3) g]相近的黄羽肉鸡种蛋132枚,随机分为3组,每组44枚。种蛋孵化至7、8、9胚龄时,低浓度组和高浓度组种蛋每天分别用40和120 mg/L阿魏酸溶液浸泡6 min,对照组种蛋用纯水浸泡相同时间,并放回孵化器中继续孵化。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,高浓度组种蛋出雏率降低了22%。2)与对照组相比,低浓度组鸡胚CAM中血管相对面积和新生血管数目显著升高(P<0.05),而高浓度组鸡胚CAM中血管相对面积和新生血管数目显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,低浓度组鸡胚CAM中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子2(FGF2)基因表达均显著上调(P <0.05)。4)与对照组相比,高浓度组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);低浓度组血清GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.05);低浓度组和高浓度组肝脏SOD活性和MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,低浓度组和高浓度组肝脏SOD基因表达显著下调(P<0.05)。由此可见,低浓度阿魏酸溶液浸泡种蛋能通过上调鸡胚CAM中VEGF和FGF2基因表达,促进鸡胚CAM血管生成,而高浓度阿魏酸溶液浸泡种蛋会抑制鸡胚CAM血管生成,降低出雏率;低、高浓度阿魏酸溶液浸泡种蛋均能提升1日龄肉鸡的抗氧化性能。The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of broiler fertilized egg soaked in ferulic acid solution on chorioallantoie membrane(CAM)angiogenesis of chicken embryo and antioxidant performance of one-day-old broiler chickens,to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the application of ferulic acid in the poultry industry. One hundred and thirty-two yellow chicken fertilized eggs with similar weight[(60 ±3)g]were divided into 3 groups with 44 eggs per group. When the fertilized eggs were hatched to the 7,8and 9 days of embryo,the fertilized eggs in low concentration group and high concentration group were soaked in 40 and 120 mg/L ferulic acid solution for 6 min every day,the fertilized eggs in the control group were soaked in pure water for the same time,and then continued to hatch in the incubator. The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the hatching rate of fertilized eggs of high concentration group decreased by 22%. 2)Compared with the control group,the vascular relative area and number of neovascularization in chicken embryo CAM of low concentration group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the vascular relative area and number of neovascularization in chicken embryo CAM of high concentration group were significantly decreased(P<0.05). 3)Compared with the control group,the gene expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF2)in chicken embryo CAM of low concentration group were significantly up-regulated(P<0.05). 4)Compared with the control group,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum of high concentration group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the serum GSH-Px activity of low concentration group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the liver SOD activity and MDA content of low concentration group and high concentration group were significantly decreased(P<0.05). 5)Compared with the cont
