摘　　要：当前,我国金融业已进入深度开放期,金融业发展迎来新的发展机遇,金融安全也面临新的挑战,建立完善的金融安全审查机制已迫在眉睫。为此,本文梳理了金融开放的发展阶段以及金融安全审查机制建设的现状,深入分析了当前金融安全审查机制建设的现实困境,并借鉴美国金融安全审查机制建设的相关经验,最后提出了完善我国金融安全审查机制建设的相关建议。At present, China’s financial industry has entered a period of deep opening. The development of the financial industry has ushered in new development opportunities, and financial security is also facing new challenges, so the establishment of a sound financial security review mechanism is imminent. For this reason, this article combed the financial opening stage of development and current situation of the construction of financial security review mechanism, and in-depth analysis the practical difficulties in the construction of the current financial security review mechanism, and draw lessons from American financial security review mechanism of the construction of the relevant experience,finally puts forward the Suggestions of perfecting our country’s financial security review mechanism construction.
