摘　　要：目的:研究阿加曲班对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者血清正五聚蛋白-3(PTX3)、人类软骨糖蛋白-39(YKL-40)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:选择2017年1月~2020年12月本院收治的90例AIS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用阿加曲班注射液。观察治疗前后两组神经功能、认知功能、日常生活能力,血清PTX3、YKL-40、VEGF水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分、MoCA评分、BI评分及FIM评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清PTX3、YKL-40、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿加曲班联合常规治疗方案可通过降低血清PTX3、YKL-40、VEGF水平,有效改善AIS患者神经功能、认知功能,提高日常生活能力,疗效显著,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effects of agatreban on serum pentamerin-3(PTX3),human cartilage glycoprotein-39(YKL-40)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:A total of 90 patients with AIS treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,90 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was additionally given agatreban injection on the basis of routine treatm ent.Neurological function,cognitive function,daily living ability,levels of serum PTX3,YKL-40 and VEGF,and rates of adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of control group,MMSE score,MoCA score,BI score and FIM score were all higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum PTX3,YKL-40 and VEGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ADR between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Agatreban combined with conventional treatment can effectively improve neurological function,cognitive function,improve the ability of daily living of AIS patients by reducing the level of serum PTX3,YKL-40 and VEGF,with significant efficacy and high safety.
