摘 要:某车型在售后过程出现车辆无法正常启动现象,初步判断为排气消声器冬季冰堵问题。为避免后续车辆出现此类问题影响用户体验,经过故障件拆解,确定原因为消声器内部玻璃纤维消声棉结冰堵塞,通过在海拉尔冬季试验模拟用户实际使用工况复现问题后,综合成本、生产工艺、开发周期等因素,提出相应解决方案,借助GT-Power优化消声器结构,并验证方案性能,满足整车及用户使用要求。为解决消声器冰堵问题提供有益的借鉴,同时为消声器结构、噪声设计提供参考。Based on the fact that during the after-sale process of a certain vehicle,the vehicle could not start normally due to the freeze-up of the exhaust muffler in winter.In order to avoid such problems affecting user experience in subsequent vehicles,the faulty parts are disassembled,the cause of the problem was muffler freeze by check the fault parts,and the problem was repeated through the winter test to simulate the actual working conditions of the user.Through GT-POWER,the structure optimization was carried out for the muffler and the performance of the scheme was verified,meet the requirements of the vehicle and user service.It provides useful reference for solving the problem of muffler freeze-up,and also provides reference for muffler structure and noise design.
