摘 要:为了响应高校应用型教学改革的号召,同时满足保险企业对技能型人才的需求,将工作坊教学模式引入到长春汽车工业高等专科学校保险专业(汽车定损与评估方向)的教学改革中,在实践教学中以培养应用创新型人才为目标,积极拓展高等职业教育教学改革路径,联合保险企业构建保险专业工作坊教学模式,探索符合本专业的实践方法。采用柯氏四级评估理论,精准评估工作坊教学模式在保险专业的开展效果。结果表明,工作坊教学模式的应用,不仅提升了学生的实践水平、职业素养和创新能力,还有效地提高了学生就业岗位匹配度。同时,在工作坊教学改革过程中,教师的教学思维得到创新、教学能力显著提升,也为校企合作、校企共育提供一个新平台。In order to respond to the call of college application-oriented teaching reform and meet the demand of insurance enterprises for skilled talents,the workshop teaching mode was introduced into the teaching reform of insurance major(automobile loss and assessment direction)in Changchun automobile industry institute,aims to cultivate applied innovative talents,actively expands the teaching reform path of higher vocational education,establishes the teaching mode of insurance workshop with insurance enterprises,and explores the practical methods in line with this major.Koch four-level assessment theory was adopted to accurately evaluate the implementation effect of workshop teaching mode in insurance major.The results show that the application of workshop teaching mode not only improves students'practical level,professional quality and innovation ability,but also effectively improves students'job matching degree.At the same time,in the process of teaching reform in the workshop,teachers'teaching thinking has been innovated and their teaching ability has been significantly improved,which also provides a new platform for school-enterprise cooperation and co-education.
