摘 要:放射治疗(以下简称放疗)可降低乳腺癌局部复发风险并提高总生存期,而乳腺邻近心脏、冠脉、肺及肝脏等重要组织,其受照后引起的相关不良反应已成为影响患者生存及生活质量的重要因素。近年来,深吸气屏气技术(deep inspiratory breath-holding technique,DIBH)已经被证实可有效保护重要组织,并广泛应用于左侧乳腺癌放疗,而对于该技术的优化方案及患者的选择标准尚在探索之中。文章通过概述DIBH技术在左侧乳腺癌放疗中的应用方法及优点,归纳了DIBH技术在乳腺癌放疗中适用人群及研究现状,总结了DIBH技术存在的局限性,并对DIBH技术在乳腺癌放疗中的应用进行展望。Radiotherapy can reduce the risk of local recurrence of breast cancer and improve overall survival.As breast is adjacent to important tissues such as heart,coronary artery,lung and liver,the related adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy have become an important factor affecting the survival and quality of life of patients.In recent years,the deep inspiration breath-holding technique(DIBH)has been proved to be effective in protecting vital tissues,and has been widely used in left-sided breast cancer radiotherapy.However,the optimization of this technique and the selection criteria of patients are still being explored.Through a brief overview of the application methods and advantages of DIBH,this study summarizes the suitable people and research progress of DIBH in radiotherapy of left-sided breast cancer.This study also discusses the limitations of DIBH technology.It prospects the application of DIBH technology in breast cancer radiotherapy in the future.
