摘 要:为提高综掘巷道掘进效率,基于当前掘进作业存在的掘进机开机率不高、采掘比例失调、设备自动化智能化程度低、超前支护效率低等问题,提出了一种综掘巷道的快速掘进新工艺,该工艺不需要反复支撑,可实现多工序同时作业。对综掘巷道所用的快速掘进支护锚固一体化协同作业所用的装备及其工艺原理进行了分析,重点对其所用到的钻锚运输车的主要结构及其相关力学模型进行了研究,并借助ANSYS软件开展了作业环境恶劣工况下钻锚运输车托举梁产生的位移特性及其具体应力分布情况的分析。试验结果表明,应用该工艺后,综掘巷道可进行掘进支护协同并行作业,进一步提高了巷道整体掘进速度,可为企业创造更多生产效益。In order to improve the digging efficiency of comprehensive roadway,based on the current problems of low digging machine start-up rate,disproportionate mining and digging,low automation and intelligence of equipment,and low efficiency of overrun support,a new fast digging process of comprehensive roadway is proposed,which does not require repeated support and can realize simultaneous operation of multiple processes.The equipment and process principle of the integrated rapid excavation,support and anchor consolidation operation in the integrated roadway were analyzed,and the main structure of the transport drilling and anchoring car and its related mechanical model were studied,and the displacement characteristics of the lifting beam of the transport drilling and anchoring car and its specific stress distribution under the harsh operating conditions were analyzed with the help of ANSYS software.The test results show that after applying this process,the integrated roadway can be dug and supported in parallel,which further improves the overall roadway digging speed and can create more production benefits for the enterprise.
