摘 要:针对山西某矿3502运输巷掘进机智能化控制技术进行了分析探讨,通过采用智能化掘进机及智能化控制技术,可将掘进人员由危险程度较高及环境恶劣的掘进迎头转移至相对安全的操作硐室内,实现掘进机远程智能控制;采用自移式机尾及单轨吊提高了运输系统适应性及运输效率;配备锚杆钻车提高了支护效率及安全性。该研究成果可为矿井其他掘进巷道智能化技术应用提供经验参考。The intelligent control technology of the roadheading machine of 3502 transportation lane in a mine in Shanxi Province is analyzed and discussed.By adopting intelligent roadheading machine and intelligent control technology,the roadheading personnel can be transferred from the head of the roadheading where the danger level is high and the environment is harsh to the relatively safe operation chamber,and the remote intelligent control of the roadheading machine can be realized;the adoption of self-moving machine tail and monorail crane improves the adaptability and transportation efficiency of the transportation system;the provision of anchor drilling car improves the support efficiency and safety.The use of self-moving tail and monorail crane improves the adaptability and transport efficiency of the transportation system,and the installation of anchor drill trucks improves the support efficiency and safety.The research results can provide experience reference for the application of intelligent technology in other tunneling tunnels in mines.
