摘 要:基于某矿DTL140/250/3×400带式输送机运行过程中出现跑偏打滑的问题,对其动态控制系统进行了优化改进,并应用了自适应模糊PID控制器,将该系统应用到实际带式输送机物料运送过程中,发现带式输送机的稳定性得到了很大改善,机头与机尾的运行速度基本一致,且逐步增大负载后也没有明显变化。Based on the problem of running and slipping during the operation of DTL140/250/3×400 belt conveyor in a mine, the dynamic control system was optimized and improved, and the adaptive fuzzy PID controller was applied to the actual belt conveyor material delivery process, and it was found that the stability of the belt conveyor was greatly improved, and the running speed of the head and tail was basically the same. It is found that the stability of the belt conveyor is greatly improved, and the running speed of the head and tail is basically the same, and there is no obvious change even after gradually increasing the load.
