摘　　要：原发性小肠淋巴瘤(PSIL)的发病率低,起病隐匿,早期缺乏典型的症状和体征,CT肠道成像对显示小肠淋巴瘤及其诊断具有重要价值。临床上,PSIL常需要与其他小肠病变鉴别,一类是以肠壁增厚为主要表现的疾病,即肠道炎性病变(克罗恩病、肠结核等);另一类以肠道的息肉或结节状肿块为主要表现的疾病,如小肠肿瘤(恶性/潜在恶性肿瘤、良性肿瘤)。对PSIL与上述两类疾病的CT鉴别诊断作一介绍。The incidence of primary small bowel lymphoma(PSIL) is low.The onset is insidious and lack of typical symptoms and signs in early stage.CT enterography is of great value in displaying and diagnosis small intestinal lymphoma.PSIL is often differentiated from other intestinal diseases.One category of the diseases is characterized by thickening of the intestinal wall,namely inflammatory bowel diseases(Crohn’s disease,intestinal tuberculosis,etc.).Another category of the diseases is characterized by polyps or nodules of the intestinal tract,including small intestinal neoplasms(malignant/potentially malignant tumor and benign tumor).This article introduces the CT differential diagnosis of PSIL and other small bowel diseases.
