摘 要:目的深入了解肿瘤术后返岗护士对返岗后工作的心理期望及工作现状的身心体验。方法2020年11月—2021年3月对某三甲医院肿瘤手术后病愈返岗的10位护士采用面对面、半结构性、深度访谈法进行访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法进行资料的提取与分析。结果共提取5个主题:希望尽快返岗;工作状态变化;自我价值感降低;对调换科室的期望;改进科室管理模式的需求。结论肿瘤术后返岗护士常存在自我价值感降低,对自身工作状态不满意,部分护士甚至有期望更换工作岗位,产生工作退缩行为的现象。护理管理者应实行人性化管理,合理调配工作岗位,提升护士价值感和幸福感。Objective To explore the work status and mental expectations nurses returning to work after tumor surgery.Methods Between November 2020 and March 2021,10 nurses returning to work after tumor surgery were given face-to-face semi-structural,in-depth interviews.The data were extracted and analyzed using Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis method.Results The attitude of nurses returning to work after tumor surgery could be summarized into five themes hoping to return to work as soon as possible,working state changing,decreasing in self-worth,expectations for working in another department and needs to improve the management mode of the department.Conclusion Nurses returning to work after tumor surgery often have reduced sense of self-worth and are not satisfied with their working status.Some nurses even expect to change their post,resulting in withdrawal in their work.Therefore,human-based management should be conducted to implement reasonable allocation of work positions to improve their sense of value and happiness.
