摘　　要：项目建设过程中运用双代号时标网络计划实际前锋线原理,利用赢得值法分析项目各个进度节点投资和总工期完成情况偏差,优化建设项目网络图,达到建设工程投资和进度的最佳效果,本文以此为研究对象进行探讨。In the process of project construction,the principle of the actual front line of the network plan with double-code time-scale is used,and the earned value method is used to analyze the deviation between the investment at each progress node and the completion of the total construction period,and to optimize the network diagram of the construction project,so as to achieve the best effect of the investment and progress of the construction project,which is the research object of this article.
