摘  要:利用毛细管法测量流体黏度能够反映聚合物在井下各层段的分布情况。室内模拟试验和现场测井中影响毛细管黏度测量的因素主要是黏度计结构、流体介质和测量环境等。介绍了毛细管法黏度测量原理,通过室内试验和现场应用,分析了毛细管结构、节流速度、刻度溶液、温度以及试验操作对黏度测量精度的影响。结果表明黏度测量受仪器结构、刻度溶液、温度、人工操作等影响较大。因此在黏度测量中,毛细管节流速度应适中,配置聚合物溶液要减少人工剪切和自然降解,应建立不同温度下的黏度刻度曲线,以减少操作误差。研究可为下一步仪器改进和完善提供技术支持。Using capillary method to measure fluid viscosity can reflect the distribution of polymer in each section of the well.The main factors affecting the measurement of capillary viscosity are the structure of viscometer,fluid medium and measurement environment.This paper introduces the principle of capillary viscosity measurement,and analyzes the influence of capillary structure,throttling speed,calibration solution,temperature and experimental operation on the viscosity measurement accuracy through laboratory test and field application.The results show that viscosity measurement is greatly affected by instrument structure,calibration solution,temperature and manual operation.Therefore,in the viscosity measurement,the throttling speed of capillary should be moderate,the artificial shear and natural degradation of polymer solution should be reduced,and the viscosity calibration curves at different temperatures should be established to reduce the operation error.It is intended to provide technical support for the improvement of the instrument in the next step.
