突发公共卫生事件下高校创新创业教育重要性探析

摘　　要：创新创业教育是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的重要举措,国家通过一系列政策文件确保创新创业教育在新时代经济建设中的重要地位,保障大学生双创活动具有充足的社会资本投入。本文通过江苏省高校对创新创业改革的效果分析,指出创新创业在高等教育和经济社会发展中的重要作用,特别通过学生双创意识、双创能力在突发公共卫生事件下新经济模式中的重要性及不足分析,进一步探讨高校双创教育在经济社会中的重要地位及进一步的努力方向。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure for the country to implement the innovation driven development strategy.The country has adopted a series of policy documents to ensure the important position of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the economic construction of the new era and ensure that college students’innovation and entrepreneurship activities have sufficient social capital investment.Through the analysis of the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship reform in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province,this paper points out the important role of innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education and economic and social development,especially through the analysis of the importance and shortcomings of students’awareness and ability of entrepreneurship and innovation in the new economic model under public health emergencies.This paper further discusses the important position and direction of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities in economy and society.
