摘 要:由于高职多元化招生制度改革背景,生源差异化严重,基础能力差异化等弊端,高职院校应该实施分类、分层次教学,进一步提高高职院校教育模式的适应性,最大限度地提升教学质量、教育效果。在此背景下,根据生源特点主要从制定差异性人才培养方案、构建数字化资源平台、重构教学内容及组织形式、考核评价方式等方面进行管理创新,为实现分类培养、精准教学、全面提高人才培养质量而提供有力基础保障。Due to the reform background of diversified enrollment system in higher vocational colleges,serious differentiation of students and differentiation of basic ability,higher vocational colleges should implement classified and hierarchical teaching,further improve the adaptability of higher vocational colleges’education mode,and maximize the teaching quality and educational effect.In this context,according to the characteristics of students,management innovation is mainly carried out from the aspects of formulating differential talent training scheme,constructing digital resource platform,reconstructing teaching content and organization form,assessment and evaluation methods,so as to provide a strong basic guarantee for realizing classified training,accurate teaching and comprehensively improving talent training quality.
